In

quality and service delivery for which Black Sea Group is
known and to emphasise our policy to establish and
maintain a Quality Management System in accordance
with the requirements of EN ISO 9001:2000.
Through
the application of this system we will strive to achieve
defect free installation and in turn provide both
products and service that completely satisfy not only
our customers needs and expectations but also legislative
and regulatory requirements. We acknowledge that the
planned arrangements to achieve the above objectives
can remain effective and efficient if we integrate
and adopt a policy of continuous improvement into
the Quality Management System .
We recognise
that we will only achieve these objectives through
the efforts of each and every Black Sea Group employee.
